Clean, quaint and friendly atmosphere. Service was excellent, all done with a smile! The pastries were outstanding! Fresh and delicious. I got a variety: almond croissant, pistachio croissant, chocolate croissant, a round cinnamon roll and a cinnamon twist. Wow! All were incredibly yummy! I’ll be back for more. I highly recommend giving them a try. I also got an iced matcha with vanilla flavor added. Very delicious as well. Next time I’ll be sure to take pics.

Im obsessed with the oat milk cold brew (so smooth!) and the pastries are super tasty and not your usual picks. So happy to have a place like this nearby to enjoy a slow morning or a chill afternoon coffee

The cute coffee shop is 10mins away from my office, it’s the best coffee in the neighborhood. Everything was good and the stuff there was friendly and welcoming. I had Matcha Latte beef Burrito, the taste was very delicious and unique. I will be definitely coming back and recommend to all of my friends. Highly recommend!

Blue Hummingbird is one of our regular coffee spots. They roast their own beans, their special drink flavors are delicious and unique without being too sweet. Their standard coffee options are great as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have great breakfast food options and gelato! There are a handful of tables inside with a nice patio area with mixed seating outside.

On Sunday morning, I went to near Lake Forest area for some business and visited Blue Hummingbird Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room. I usually go to CUP by Blue Hummingbird Coffee next to Irvine Novel Park near my house to drink coffee, but this was my first time here. This cafe is located in the Tripointe Centre business complex, and I was surprised that there were many customers even on Sunday morning. I think it’s because Blue Hummingbird Coffee is popular among coffee lovers in this area. I usually drink Iced Americano, but I tried the Blue Hummingbird Cafe Latte this time, the signature coffee here, as an iced drink. The milk in the cup had a light blue color and was very attractive. The Cafe Latte tasted really sweet and delicious, but honestly, it was too sweet for me. But people who like sweet coffee will really like it.

Cute hidden gem. The baristas are friendly and the coffee (I got an iced honey oat milk latte) was fantastic. Bummed I missed the pastries, but it looks like they go fast.
